工作职责：

1、独立完成生物方面自动化设备的结构方案设计，零部件选型和计算、调试及项目资料归档；

2、负责设备结构应力仿真分析、运动学仿真和流体仿真分析；

3、负责核心产品技术攻关，新技术的研究和新技术积累；

4、负责仪器结构部分研发阶段到小试的过程工作；

5、项目的管理和把控；

6、与软硬件工程师的协调和配合。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，机械相关专业背景；

2、从事5年及以上的机械结构设计工作，熟悉产品设计流程；

3、有医疗行业、生物行业或自动化设备的结构设计、调试和机床操作经验；

4、具有专业的机械设计理论基础，具有产品结构、传动设计、钣金设计、流体设计、应力仿真分析、热仿真分析和流体仿真分析方面经验；

5、能够独立完成产品的整机设计、结构设计、传动设计、钣金设计和流体设计；

6、掌握SolidWorks和CAD设计软件，熟悉机械设计相关标准规范；

7、具有较强的沟通能力、学习能力、发现问题、解决问题和风险预判能力，良好的团队合作精神，勤奋、有责任心，能承受一定的工作压力。
