Job Description

Job Description: Contract support admin

Responsible for the business affairs during the sales contract execution, including daily sales order processing, and provide service to customers. Coordinate with other departments to arrange logistics delivery. Assist with financial work and department document processing.


Skills/Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, major in business and international trade;

2. More than one year working experience in business coordination, sales support order contract, Processing is preferred.

3. Proficient in office software

4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

5. Good interpersonal skills and pressure resistance.


Responsibilities:

1.To contact business affairs while executing sales contracts; Responsible for business affairs during the sales contract.

2.Responsible for daily sales order processing of King Dee system;

3.Placing order to the foreign customer service department and contact with them for the PO matters

4.Assistant the basic Finance matters, issue the VAT Invoice and check with Finance team

5.To manage daily documents of the department;

6. Tracking the sales team order, coordinate with the other department

7. Apply for job number from OIDC or UK based on sales contract

8. OIDS safety stock management in system

9. China product price list maintain and update

10. Sales contract record management

11. Any support requested from Inside Sales Position as need
