• HVAC and building automation system

• Performing preventive maintenance by self on mechanical and electrical work including DI water, waste water Treatment and chilled waster system and etc. Assist in managing spare parts.

• To involve in the emergency preparedness and response team during an emergency.

参与紧急状态处理.

• Other related jobs assigned by Facility Manager and/or Facility Engineer.

• Assist in performance of EHS inspection and correcting deficiencies.

Education & Major

学历及专业:

Require high school degree or above

高中或以上学历

Minimum Experience

基本工作经验:

1.Minimal 1-2 years working experiences

至少1－2年相关工作经验,

2.Certification on Electrician operating

持有电工操作证

3. Experience in AHU, air compressor DI system, chilled water system and etc. Able to solve problem related to electrical and mechanical issues.

熟悉空调, 空压机，纯水等设备及系统维修和保养

Special Skills, (Computer, English, etc)
