2. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标(岗位简介)


Provide professional support to assist market access excellence projects; make reports to track online learning platform progress; Internal & External communication to make sure the efficient operation.


3. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

(Major functions of the position) (职位的首要职能)


Provide daily professional support to track Market Access Excellence projects, including but not limited to:

? Support market access excellence transformation projects: Access Businesses Model and Agility Transformation project design and execute, communicate with cross functions and vendors.

? Support market access excellence Innovation projects: Innovation needs research and project design/execute/support. Support innovation culture building.

? Support Knowledge Management: Support CMA learning culture building, by designing and executing learning program. Support organization intelligence extraction by access curriculum designing and learning system management. Arrange and organize new employee training events.

? Internal events organization/Project coordination: Organize internal events such as cross-functional meeting, workshops; apply PR/PO in the system; generate action items and minutes, and distribute communications.

? General office duties support as necessary, including: cross/within function admin contact, cooperation and communication, reimbursement, arrangement of materials production, etc.

? Other ad hoc assignments


4. Qualification and Experience 能力与经验


Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

? Bachelor degree or above

? Experience in administrative or training management is preferred

? Pharmaceutical background is perferred

? Good communication, time management and organizational skills

? Good data analysis competence

? Good oral and written English
