職務說明

- Manage a multifunctional team of manual and automation QA Engineers responsible for systems/applications and the data platform supporting them - Define quality procedures, always putting the end user experience foremost - Define the tools and scope for automated testing - Develop performance testing systems/applications. - Ensure test strategy and procedures are properly created, understood, carried out, and evaluated - Align, communicate, and socialize department vision and goals - Manage and create resourcing plans, reports, and expectations around product quality - Communicate project status and escalate issues to engineering and architecture leads - Work closely with product teams to define and achieve sprint goals - Coach, mentor and enable QA Engineers
