此职位工作地点为武汉，home office. 主要负责光谱物理旗下工业激光器类产品以及Newport旗下光电子类产品的售后服务工作。

Responsibility:

• Provide post-sale support for Newport products. Main job includes the system installation, custom training, trouble shooting, and application analysis.

The job requires good communication skills, willing to learn and good at self-study, good practical ability.

• Remote support by phone and mail: give support to customer about post-sales question, including how to use, primary trouble shooting.
• Field service, help to do system installation, trouble shooting, repair, and training.
• Failure analysis, trouble shooting, and repair in factory.
• Application development and marketing support.

Requirement:

• Bachelor or above. Major in physic, optics, opto-electronics.
• Five years or above in optics, opto-electronics.
• Practical application experience of the spectroscopy, strong practical ability in physics experiments.
• Preferably with experience in optical application area.
• Problem solving and analysis skill.
• Good oral and written English.
• Familiar with optical instruments like monochrometer, photoreceiver, fiber optics is a plus.
• Optical design experience is a plus.
