Job Description

工作职责:

1. 协助领导制定行政及安全管理相关工作发展规范与计划,并组织执行。

Assist the leaders to formulate the regulations and plans of administration and security management; Organize the implementation work.

2. 协助审核、修订行政管理规章制度,进行日常行政工作的组织与管理。

Examine and revise administrative rules and regulations;

Organize and arrange administration work.

3. 协助高级管理人员进行财产、内务、安全管理,为其他部门提供及时有效的行政支持。

Assist the senior executives to regulate property, internal affairs and security management;

Provide effective and timely administrative support.

4. 公司日常员工行为、衣着等商务礼仪规范。

In charge of supervising the business etiquette standards of employees, such as behavior and clothing.

5. 高管行程统计,高管及外籍员工的签证办理。

Arrange business journey for senior executives;

Manage the visa processing of senior executives and foreign employees.

6. 办公家具、电脑、打印机等固定资产管理。

In charge of managing fixed assets, including office supplies, computers and printers.

7. 日常办公室环境美化与维护。

Maintain office environment.

8. 日常员工活动的组织与协调。

Organize and coordinate employee activities.

9. 会议和客户接待的行政支持工作。

Provide administrative support for conferences and customer-reception.

10. 完成员工活动、办公租赁等各项行政费用的统计与分析。

Arrrange and analyse administration costs, including employee activities and office leasing.

11. 完成领导交办的其它工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

任职资格:

1、本科及以上学历;

2、5年以上行政管理相关工作经验;

3、英语流利;

4、具有较强的时间管理及抗压能力。
