The American summer camp counselor programis an exchange program developed by the state department of the United States.From a student perspective, the camp counselor program provides thousands ofeligible young people around the world with opportunities to work in the campand training in related skills each year. Perfect job training:watch pre-departure video online training before arriving in the United States,and participate in the training provided by the camp after arriving at thecamp: field survival, rock climbing, teamwork, etc

Work-economy benefits: $1,650for ages 19 to 20, $1,750 for those 21 and older.

Rest time: 1 dayrest day per week, during which accommodation and meals are provided

Insurance: eachcamp counselor has a standard accident and illness insurance coverage of$100,000.
