JOB DESCRIPTION �C Production Material Control/Planning (PMC) Supervisor 生产物料控制/计划主管

RESPONSIBILITIES 职责

• Responsible for supervising all functions which are related to the Production Material Control/Planning of the BU. Includes improving inventory turnover rate, minimizing slow movement of items, coaching/guiding PMC team, and working together with other departments to ensure on-time delivery to customers overseas.

2. This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to regularly be on the shop floor and working together with colleagues to actively avoid potential problems and anticipate opportunities for improvement.

Set up great processes based on the strategic and tactical objectives, and regularly improve and update them.

Work together with HR to: Maintain key KPI’s based around delivery to customer’s promises and requested PO delivery dates.

4. Order management 订单管理

Responsible for maintaining good communication with all stakeholders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

5. 物料计划 Material Planning

负责制定库存计划，做好库存控制，提高库存周转率，降低呆滞与死货

Responsible for inventory plan, keep Inventory under control, improving inventory turnover, reducing sluggish and dead goods.

6. 生产计划 Production Planning Activities

Responsible for making successful weekly MPS according to sales forecast, customer orders, capacity, and parts availability.

根据销售预测、客户订单、产能和零部件供应情况，负责制定成功的每周生产计划MPS 。

7. 部门协调 Department Coordination

Work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, Production, QA and other related departments to resolve any delivery related issues in time.

与物流、仓库、生产、QA 等相关部门紧密合作, 及时解决任何与交付相关的问题。

8. ERP

Familiar with Kingdee or similar ERP. Not only in theory, but also in practice.

REQUIREMENTS
1. 相关专业本科学历

Bachelor’s Degree in related major

2. 至少5年相似岗位经验，10年制造企业工厂经验。

Minimum 5 years working experience with the same level role and 10 years working experience in a manufacturing plant

3. 具有在卫浴行业, 特别是铝材、塑料、部件和玻璃等方面的 ，MRP 规划/预测/调度方面良好的业绩记录。

Proven track record in Sanitary industry MRP planning / forecasting / scheduling. Specifically, aluminum, plastics, components, and glass etc.

4. 优秀的英文听说读写能力。
Good English skills both in verbal and written

5. 优秀的沟通能力和团队领导经验

Good communication skills and proven experience being a team leader

6. 优秀的办公软件应用知识和能力（包括PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project等）。

Advanced level knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications (including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project)

7. 具有用金蝶或更好的 ERP 系统做计划的经验

Experienced planning through Kingdee or better ERP system.

8. 具有精益生产和5S 方法的经验

Experience in Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodology.
