我司寻求一名工作积极性高的业务拓展经理，负责与各地方政府官员、高新技术园区代表等会面、沟通、谈判，以组织人员参观、促成高新技术公司落地、为我们的国际客户争取***的条件。思维成熟、责任感强的应聘者将得以优先考虑。

岗位职责：

1) 需陪同老板参与会议进行简单翻译

2) 需能独立作业

3) 开具***、各项汇款、报销及发放各种费用和补贴

4) 协助老板处理行政类事务，如准备文件、文件扫描和复印存档、翻译文件，整理资料、邮件存档等

5) 需能处理英文邮件

6) 即时协助安排老板会议及出差行程

任职要求：

1) 英文能力熟练（具国外生活经验者优先考虑）

2) 商学院专业优先考虑

3) 可接受独立作业

4) 具备良好独立解决问题的能力

5) 上班时间弹性（因老板经常会在国外出差,偶尔会需要在晚间与老板电话沟通）

6) 试用期三个月（试用期后将会依表现进行***次加薪评估, 每年多次加薪）

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to meet, communicate, negotiate, … with local government officials, high-tech parks representatives, etc. in order to organize visits, land high-tech companies and get the best conditions for our international clients. Only mature candidates able to accept responsibility will be considered.

Main Responsibilities to include:

• Meet, communicate, negotiate, … with local government officials, high-tech parks representatives, etc. in order to organize visits, land high-tech companies and get the best conditions;
• Travel around Jiangsu & Zhejiang up to 25% of the time;
• Help foreign managers with translation and serve as an Executive Assistant when necessary;
• Help coordinate event planning and conference participation along with project teams;
• Prepare market research on specific industry and cases (by web search, phone call, etc.)
• Prepare reports, proposals, and other documents as required;
• Other tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ Business Development experience;
• Easy-going, people-person and born negotiator;
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and CRM systems;
• Able to plan projects, solve problems, and meet deadlines;
• Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and oral/writing communication skills;
• Excellent English – both written and spoken – and able to effectively translate;
• Chinese citizen.

Key Qualities:

• Able to think creatively and independently, taking initiative and following up;
• Able to evaluate technologies, markets, etc. to determine if they are worthwhile investments and to help craft compelling business plans and grant applications;
• Demonstrates initiative, creativity, independence, and adaptability;
• Have high awareness of CRM systems and other software to support the activity;
• Assumes responsibility and contributes to team projects;
• Highly organised with attention to detail;
• Able to work individually and as a team member with minimum supervision;
• Being proactive, motivated, punctual, able to follow instruction and take initiative when necessary;
• Interested in working with foreigners;
• Sense of purpose along with a sense of humour.

Reporting, Hours, and Salary:

• The Business Development Manager reports to and coordinates activities with the Director;
• Hours: Monday thru Friday, flex hours with occasional late hours and weekends.
