岗位职责：

1. 对软件平台进行管理，对项目进行概要设计；

2. 处理软件开发中遇到的难点和问题，积极寻求可靠解决方案；

3. 与客户紧密合作，设计开发家电变频驱动系统和控制系统的嵌入式软件系统；

4. 根据规格书的要求和客户的特定需求，不断改善和完善产品软件；

5. 通过系统的方法，验证软件的正确性和可靠性；

6. 创建和维护技术资料和文档；

7. 开发软件工具，并参与软件平台和标准化的工作；

8. 完成领导交待的其他工作。

其他：

1. 本科及以上，电气、自动化、工业控制及专业；

2. 5年以上相关工作经验；

3. 较强的电子开发设计能力， 熟练掌握电机控制算法（V/F,FOC,DTC等），熟悉C汇编语言等；

4. 熟悉项目的开发流程，能独立完成项目的开发工作；

5. 具有较强的英语阅读能力；
