工作职责/Job responsiblities

1 Managing order process with internal team (both in China and German) with suppliers, take actions to cancel, delay or expedite PO and ensure on time delivery

2 Ensure execution of terms&conditions negotiated by PU team worldwide

3 Managing invoice and payment process with supplier, act as control point of payment release to supplier by matching invoice, PO/contract, project progress and quality issues.

4 Support RFQ process with supplier, which is leaded by commodity purchasing.

5 Conduct data collecting and report works of PU team in China and Germany

任职要求/Requirement:

1 Bachelor degree or above, majored in engineering, supply chain management, business management.

2 flunet English reading, writing and speaking. German language is preferred

3 Experience with ERP is required, experience with SAP is preferred

4 Data analysis skill is preferred.

5 result oriented and can work under pressure
