岗位职责：

1、参与WEB、移动端、微信小程序等前端开发；

2、参与公司内部系统建设（包括Node全栈开发）；

3、参与改进开发、构建、发布、监控等前端工程化体系；

4、参与Web性能优化、体验优化；

5、参与新技术探索、推进系统架构的演化。

任职要求：

1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3-4年以上前端开发经验；

2、熟悉HTML5、CSS标准和规范，了解并熟练应用Less、Sass等预处理工具；

3、有Node.js Web 开发经验，熟悉Express/Koa等常用框架，至少精通webpack、gulp，grunt等工具中一种；

4、精通Javascript前端开发，熟悉Vue.js、AngularJS、React.js等常见开发框架

5、对JavaScript的底层原理有深刻的理解，熟练掌握ES6/ES7；

6、熟悉常用的设计模式，有一定的业务抽象经验；

7、对模块化、重构、性能优化、跨浏览器兼容、提高系统的扩展性有丰富经验。

8、熟悉 HTTP/HTTPS 协议及缓存，了解基本的浏览器渲染及网络传输过程；

8、熟悉使用Git、SVN等版本管理工具；

9、具备良好的学习能力和问题分析能力，关注社区动态及技术发展趋势，参与开源项目维护者为佳。

Mars will develop and start using cloud-based e-commercial platforms in Nanning Hi-Tech Zone in May. Meanwhile, Mars will hold a new conference for product presentation and technology communications and invite more than 500 relevant companies.

Mars IT department has completed the official website for Shanglin government and provide technical trainings. The chief IT manager emphasized that our IT team members have acquired the knowledge of post customer services.

KAPM Ltd, a UK consulting firm, has signed an agreement with Mars and promised to help Mars develop its e-commercial technologies and products in the UK.
