• Manage delivery and operations of computing services based on a Wintel environment (physical or virtual) both on premise or in cloud / outsourced.

? Manage delivery and operations of network and communication services (LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, VoIP and Videoconference)

? Manage end users infrastructure support services

? Work jointly with Corporate ICT team to define local ICT infrastructure services strategy and economics

? Setup and manage suppliers and contracts related to his/her area of responsibility

? Lead and/or participate to local and international projects for the implementation of ICT infrastructure

? Be responsible of Service Level Agreements

? Maintain operating procedures of his/her area of responsibility

All activities will require to strictly follow Group IT technological standards and practices.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, with a brilliant academic career and at least 5 years of experience on ICT infrastructure services management and team/projects coordination.

Excellent communication and relational skills, organizational and analytical skills, flexibility and initiative complete the profile.

Good English knowledge is a must.

It is required to have knowledge on concept and solutions about: Windows Operating Systems; Virtualization; Backup and Recovery; Cisco Network and Unified Communications systems; Routing protocols; Security appliances; Videoconference.

Availability to travel is required.
