Foreign Trade Merchandiser / Customer Service Assistant 外贸跟单/外贸业务员


Requirements:

  • Good command of English in listening, speaking, writing and translating skills.

  • Computer proficient

  • Familiar with foreign trade practices including business correspondence, Incoterms, customs clearance, shipping, logistics and related paperwork.

  • Familiar with e-commerce practice such as Alibaba, Global Sources, Made-in-China.com or other social media tools, or furniture industry is preferred, or interested in home furnishings and design industry.

  • Self-motivated and diligent, hardworking, proactive, productive

  • Earnest, team spirit, open minded with great learning and communication skills

  • Good problem-solving skills, and patient with customers and vendors

  • Well-organized with files

要求:

  • 英语专业或国际贸易专业大专及以上学历
  • 良好的英语听说读写译技能
  • 熟练操作计算机和基本办公软件
  • 熟悉外贸函电、订舱、相关文件、流程等基本操作
  • 了解B2B或B2C电商操作,比如说阿里巴巴国际站、环球资源、中国制造网或其他国外社交平台的维护和推广
  • 有兴趣投身于家具、家居用品及设计行业
  • 勤奋、积极主动、高效、诚实、耐心、细心、条理性强
  • 良好的学习、沟通、解决问题能力,及团队合作精神


Responsibilities:

  • Take care of corporate accounts on daily basis, responding emails, taking phone calls, sending & receiving parcels via couriers, preparing job reports, coordinating between clients, appropriate vendors as well as company colleagues.

  • Monitor and finetune the company's e-commerce websites and social media accounts, respond online inquiries on daily basis.

  • Follow up specific projects from each client or assigned by the company.

  • Find qualified suppliers according to the requirements set forth by a project or a client.

  • Follow up inbound and outbound cargo shipments.

  • Direct company QC inspector to appropriate factories to conduct quality inspection, and then send the QC reports to clients and factories.

  • Translate and send customer quality complaints or claims to respective vendors and company QC inspector.

  • Client reception and factory visit on occasions.

  • Develop new clients or customers for the company's own services or designs through the company's e-commerce web portals, trade shows or database.

  • Monitor progress of various tasks and projects, and follow up with customers and vendors accordingly with regular updates.

  • Other duties assigned by the company when appropriate.

职责:

  • 跟进处理公司日常的业务邮件、接听电话、收发快件,制作业务文件及工作报告,协调客户、供应商,及公司同事之间的工作。
  • 日常维护跟进处理公司电商平台的业务询盘等事项。
  • 负责跟进公司或客户的特定业务项目,并监控各个环节的进度。
  • 根据客户及特定项目的要求,寻找合适的供应商。
  • 跟进处理货物进出口的操作。
  • 安排公司质检员的日常验货工作,同时把他们的验货报告发给客户及供应商。
  • 处理客户投诉,并把相关信息提发送给对应的供应商和质检员。
  • 不定期接待客户或拜访供应商。
  • 通过公司的电商网站、其他社交平台和搜索引擎开发新客户和新项目。
  • 公司安排的其他工作任务。
