1、播音与主持专业、新闻专业或语言专业等相关专业优先；

2、积极备课，能针对不同水平的学生指定优质的课堂教学计划；

3、充分了解学生的需求，掌握学生的心里特征，善于与学生沟通，能够调动学生的积极性

4、授课极具亲和力和感染力；吸引学生注意力，能用引导的方式，风趣幽默的进行教学；

5、喜欢小朋友，注重培养学生的口才与勇气；对学生具有爱心和耐心；

6、具有一定的组织管理能力，注重课堂秩序的管理；

7、有时间观念，配合区域老师按时到分校区进行授课；

工作时间：每周一至周五任意下午一小时 薪资：200元/课时

上课地点：北京各国际学校，临近地铁周边（海淀、昌平、顺义、朝阳、通州、大兴区）
