Chief Technical Officer (CTO) requirements;

1) Technically inclined with current technologies involving IT, film or video VFX / post-production production pipelines and processes. Deep understanding with current hardware and software available to ease these processes.

2) Able to develop technical strategy for the company that involves goal-setting, discussing options and analyzing risk. These strategies must align with company’s overall business objectives. Hence, candidate not only needs to be technically inclined, but also must have a good business sense to successfully fulfill this responsibility.

3) Working with IT Managers and Technical Directors (TD), to aids recruitment and retention efforts, streamlines production operations, and advocates for innovative ideas, high production, and individuals on the team. Candidate must maximizes the efficiency of production efforts by coordinating the various teams and operations involved in the process and ensuring there is no overlap.

4) Candidate has a responsibility to our business partners, and he or she fulfills that by aiding acquisition efforts, building the company’s presence and voice, and keeping up on competitive trends, both in the market and among partners. Candidate must keeps an eye out for new technological developments that can help the company improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

5) Experienced or have a deep understanding in the development area of artificial inteligent (AI), augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), hologram technology, game engine (Unity or Unreal 4) or other latest technologies in VFX or post-production is required. Able to understand and write some programming languages such as, C++, Phyton and other laguages that are useful for pipeline, tools and software development.

6) Provides market expertise to the sales organization in the company while helping build relationships with potential customers. Candidate must able to builds confidence in the company’s vision, participates in customer meetings, and works diligently to meet end-user needs.

7) Experinced in speaking opportunities, conferences, media activities, etc. Also, the CTO utilizes social media and online marketing strategies to build a strong online presence. Within the company, the chief technology officer works with the marketing team to develop strategies and plan community-related efforts.

8) Experienced in managing a company with 700 and above staff, with multiple branches around the globe, especially in ASIA.

9) Candidate must previously held the post of CTO (or relevant) for at least 5 years and above.

10) Fluent in English and Chinese, both read and write. Able to read and write other languages will be a plus point.

5）在人工智能（AI）、增强现实（AR）、虚拟现实（VR）、全息图技术、游戏引擎（Unity或Unreal 4）或其他最新的VFX或后期制作技术的开发领域有着丰富经验或对其有着深刻的理解。能够理解和编写一些编程语言，如C++、Phyton和其他用于流程、工具和软件开发的编程语言。

6）具备为公司的销售团队提供市场专业知识，同时帮助与潜在客户建立关系的能力。候选人必须能够建立对公司愿景的信心，参加客户会议，并努力满足最终用户的需求。

7）具备演讲、会议、媒体活动等方面的丰富经验，并利用社交媒体和在线营销策略建立强大的线上宣传体系。在公司内部，首席技术官与营销团队合作，制定战略并计划与相关领域的推广工作。

8）具备管理一家在全球（尤其是亚洲）拥有多个分支机构，拥有700名及以上员工的公司的管理经验。

9）具备5年以上担任首席技术官CTO（或相关职位）的工作经历。

10）流利的中英文读写能力。能够读写额外其他语言者优先。
