Job Description

R&R

  • Define SOP /Executive Summary for internal operation, as well as external parties (vendors, service providers, etc.)


  • Monitor operation performance and KPIs, seek chance of improvement

  • Champion changes, initiate improvement on process streamlining.


  • Manage medium to large sized projects, including new customer onboarding, business analysing, Business process automation.


  • Share best practice, to continuously improve operations team’s productivity and quality service.


  • Act as Tier 3 operation support on daily ad-hoc escalations.

  • Response customers enquires/complains and organize regular operation performance review with customers.

If you ……


Strong problem solving skills, with customer-orientated mindset.


Proactive, good communication skills, can work under pressure


Strong process engineering skills, familiar with ERP system, think logically and execute seamlessly


Have 6+ years working experience in international trade or logistics. (At least 3 years as team leader)


Are fluent in English and Mandarin, both in spoken and written


Hold a degree in International Trade, Logistics

Have customer service/BPO job histories/experience, strong PPT, Macro skill, Tableau/Power Bi or project management experience will be a plus
