• Lead the PAM and WWT applications (including S/L separation, defoamer, odor control, heavy metal removal etc.) for various industries like municipal, P&P water, CPI etc. in the region

• Drive product validation activities to ensure new product introductions are ready and viable for use with customers; responsible to run validation trials

• Work with product manager, global/regional marketing to build value delivery models and case studies to support regional price capture and Rev. growth

• Provide technical and application data necessary for the creation of value calculators for critical products and work with regional marketing as needed to complete the ROI calculators

• Responsible to ensure that all necessary data and application information is available for the creation of sales tools for NPIs/Rev. growth and profitability improvement.

• Increase Account Stability to achieve relatively low Loss Rate by providing CVA (customer value added) plans, developing defense-strategy for plans at-risk accounts with cross-functional input

• To work collaboratively with the regional technical center to ensure a good coordination and technical delivery that is aligned with regional strategy.

• To meet customers in the region so to develop a technical trust that will help us to be ‘the preferred partner of our customers in the region.

• To train distributors and sales force in the zone so we optimize the commercial delivery of assigned product line and applications.

• Leads a strong safety culture and drives to a zero-incident culture on the team
  

  Success profile:

• Strong academic background in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, polymer etc. with years of MNCs experiences, preferably in a value-added industry or B2B related business.

• Proven working experiences in Water treatment chemicals or PAM applications would be a plus.

• Proven ability of gaining customer trust and establishing personal and employer’s professional image for the assigned responsibilities.

• Ability of solving technical problems and issues at the client’s side.

• Team leadership abilities and coaching skills, being able to inspire the team and transmitting the right levels of energy to achieve the common targets

• Ability of communicating effectively with all levels of customers

• Track record of being creative and innovative

• Proactive and dedicated working attitude

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English

• Ability to travel 60-70%.
