Job Description

Title: Global Warranty Administrator


Responsibility and Authorization rights:


  • Responsible for register warranty claims and give approval/rejections to customers based on Alo Group Warranty claims policy.


  • Authorizations rights for credit notes <5000 SEK (<4200 CNY).


Work task:


  • Register warranty claims sent from Alo customers.


  • If necessary, request more information from customer to be able to make decisions about approvals or rejections of claims.


  • Prepare and communicate claims for approval to Alo AB in Sweden if claim is >5000 SEK (>4200 CNY).


  • Give customer feedback about decisions by sending a Credit note.


  • Document files and communications used for decisions. All documentations will be in English.


  • Participate in regular internal follow up meetings with Alo AB in Sweden.


Competence and background:


  • Education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience


  • Fluent skills in English both in speech and writing.


  • Skills in French or German is meritorious.

  • Excellent English (reading, writing)

  • Fluent English (speaking)


  • Experience of customer relations


  • Daily communication with international customers (mostly e-mail)


  • Documented experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)


  • Education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience


  • Skills in French or German is meritorious.


  • Work experience in the area of work is meritorious.


It is desirable if the applicant

  • Has experience from agricultural automotive industry


  • Has experience from ERP systems
