Job Responsibility

1. Work with supplier to improve their quality level and FPY index, After couple of month, let’s supplier can reach what we expect in term of mindset, knowledge and autonomous.

2. Support supplier to prepare their painting process according to FMT project demand and SPEC.

3. Responsible for the coating （including painting and powder）simulation analysis and evaluation.

4. Optimize supplier process or working flow to improve supplier efficiency and increase their capacity.

5. During FMT conduct customer, responsible for the technical documents creation and update with supplier. Conduct customer with supplier and validate supplier capability.

6. And monitor and control supplier follow the WI, SOP and related process principle strictly on FMT production.

7. Conduct FMT quality wall with supplier and supervise and manage supplier’s quality wall.

8. From quality defect issue, conduct QRQC with supplier together, building up enough LLC database. Improve supplier’s problem solution capability.

9. Coach supplier office employee and manage team to reach one scientific management philosophy.

10. Training site operator to familiar with painting process and working instruction etc.

11. Responsible for the feasibility of painting process and the proposal with supplier. Including pre-treatment and sealing process, spraying process, drying process and equipment collinearity analysis, etc.

12. Support supplier to build up their quality management system and process. Cooperate with supplier to complete ISO9001 certification application.

13. Supervise and control supplier whole process and system running under ISO9001 system requirement.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, chemical or mechanical related major
• At least 10 years working experience in the painting process design or painting quality control.
• Familiar with the quality tool /methodology and capacity analysis
• The rail transit painting process working experience is preferred
• Team management experience is preferred
• Familiar with the material and equipment of painting process
• Good communication skills and Team work spirit
• Good problem shooting and solving skills
