服务描述/ Brief description of service:
主要职责：内部沟通为主，与营运、标签部门沟通较多，比如商场质检报告解说，商品标签补货，自营店工商抽查协调，店长、区域长培训等。
System and Processes

• Processes and follows-up on customer service policy and process
• Sales service for own retail & e-commerce internal customers & store staff including mailbox reply
• Critical issue handling and solving (local authority like AIC & etc.)
• Customer master data management including daily maintenance, document filing & project follow-up.
• CS information communication like Sales promotion, newsletter, other customer letters draft/distribution;
• Weekly/Monthly reports
• Provide on-site training for customers

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

• College diploma or higher
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• English equal or above CET-6
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PPT
• Problem-solving and innovative
• Careful, proactive, enthusiastic & willing to take more tasks/challenges
