薪资:税前6000~9000
合同:一年一签

工作内容:
To accelerate APAC countries’ business growth. He/She acts as an interface between Marketing/Sales organization (Brand-, Customer- Manager) of APAC countries and Mattel Manufacture and operation (40+ plants, Master Planner, Product Integrity functions). Planning-relevant information from regional marketing and finance team, (Marketing-Events, sales intelligence etc.) needs to be collected and evaluated, as well as forwarded to plants or OEM vendors to secure on time delivery, to realize business plans and avoid inventory risks, as well as to improve supply chain efficiency.
1. Validate supply plans from plants bi-weekly. Analyze the supply match and foresee supply risks (out of stock or over stock). Find solutions to close the supply gaps and avoid excess stock.
2. Key contact window between plants and regional/local planning teams. Make sure all the updated information, promotion preparations and forecasting, etc. can be delivered to the right person and get proper feedbacks timely.
3. Be responsible for data preparation and consolidation for APAC regional reports.
4. Manage CIT among APAC markets to optimize the inventory structure.
5. Lead the monthly supply review meeting with global supply planning team and plants.
要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in economics or industrial engineering with emphasis on logistics and/or relevant internships, Exposure to Global Supply Chains & Demand– Operations preferred.
2. 0-2 years in Operations / Supply chain, preferably in FMCG / Consumer Goods industry.
3. Strong collaboration and coordination capability.
4. Fluent English both in written and oral communications.
5. Enjoys working with IT tools, mainly MS Office software (Excel, Access), ERP-user experience is of benefit.
6. Demand-/Inventory-Planning or plant logistics experience is of benefit.
7. First Marketing/Sales experience is of benefit.
8. Strong Customer orientation, process and result orientation.
9. Ability to work in teams. Result-oriented and ability to follow through on committed tasks.
