Job Title: Junior Architect

Work location: Including but not limited to Shanghai, Dalian, Chongqing, Beijing

Main Duties:

• Architect for multiple projects
• Overall site / spatial planning
• Design and documentation of various buildings for clients
• Anticipate problems which may occur and avoid/prevent them from occurring
• Thinking laterally to achieve the aims for the project – safety / cost / time / quality
• Attend site as required for measure ups, meetings and development sessions with client and authorities

Skills:

• Able to produce documents for inclusion in a work package
• Able to work with other team members effectively to produce an efficient coordinated building design
• Able to write a design report with a logical order of sections and clear content

Technical Skills:

• CAD / Revit proficient
• Knowledge of GB Codes and Building Regulations
• Microsoft Suite proficient
