Job Description
工作职责:
1. 日常接待工作、接听电话等
2. 会议室和办公设备的管理预定
3. 办公设备、办公设施的管理
4. 公司信件或快递的寄送和管理
5. 公司办公及日常用品的订购和管理
6. 预定机票、火车、酒店、交通的安排
7. 统计考勤 及员工假期
8. 外国人工作证及工作签证申请及办理
9. 内部网站更新及翻译事宜
10上级领导安排的其他事宜

Job Responsibilities
1. To assist daily reception and process all incoming calls promptly and adequately
2. To assist on conference room and office equipment management
3. To contact vendors for office equipment repair and maintenance
4. To collect, sort, distribute mails/ packages/ couriers;
5. To order office stationeries and keep sufficient stock for daily operation
6. To assist with booking of air/train tickets / hotel /transportation as requested
7. To assist attendance/staff leave management
8. To assist with work permit/work visa application for foreigners
9. To update website and do internal translation as requested
10. Other issues assigned by Superior/Directors,

任职资格:
1.学历:专科/本科
2. 计算机: Word, Excel, Powerpoint等熟练操作。
3. 英语听说读写熟练,CET-6为宜
4.有良好的服务意识,有责任心,具有团队精神。

Job Requirements
1. College degree or above
2. Good PC skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
3. Good command of English both in oral and written, CET-6 perferred
4. Good service attitude, details oriented, strong team work spirit
