Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Principle/Director.
Assist in follow up Sales enquiry and development of Sales performance reviews.
Responsible for all contracting and account receivable management
Consolidate and track monthly targets as a part of the budget setting process
Participate in project meeting and responsible for all follow up materials requested by the client, likes meeting minutes, document translation, report…etc.
Assist to coordinate owner interview and handle client requirement
Assist to accounting management and establish a good office system.
任职要求:
University graduated with at least 3 years working experience. Excellent in Microsoft office tool, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
Additional language ability is a plus, but not mandatory
Strong analytical skills
Candidate must be able to work well with others
Candidate must be able to identify a problem and provide recommended course of action
Excellent interpersonal skills
