nonda is looking for a talented Overseas Online Ads Manager in our Shanghai office. Reporting to the Vice President of marketing, you will focus on user acquisition and/or sales conversion through all paid media as well as collaborate with other functions to develop and execute marketing initiatives mainly for the North American and European market.

1、Develop and execute online advertising strategies tailored to our products, and deliver on user acquisition (sign-ups, downloads, activations, purchase, etc.) goals at scale.
2、Manage in-house team and vendors to ensure all ads are executed flawlessly and grow our business at a high ROI.
3、Have a strong understanding of sales funnel and the ability to design and execute different content strategies towards users in different stages.
4、Manage performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring learnings are shared and integrated into the team’s workflow.
5、Explore and identify new channels and opportunities that will assist with scaling our acquisition and business growth efforts sustainably.

任职要求：
1、3-5 years of related marketing experience in the digital advertising landscape, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms such as Adroll and Tiktok.
2、A strong understanding of the user acquisition and E-commerce business with a proven track record of driving growth at a high ROI.
3、Passion for consumer electronic products.
4、Strong logical thinking capability and data-oriented mindset, having a sound understanding of user behavior and its analytics, can monitor and execute different tasks based on performance data.
5、Native-level English proficiency.
6、Experience working in global teams and deep knowledge of western culture is strongly preferred.
