2．Qualification

任职资格

• Bachelor degree in Chemical or Technical Degree with equivalent experience above. Minimum 3-year experience in cosmetic discipline with concentration on Supplier Development.
• 本科或同等学历以上，化工类专业，3年以上化妆品领域供应商开发经验，
• Familiar with cosmetic industry. Have good understanding of cosmetic material cost and process.
• 熟悉化妆品行业，对化妆品的原料价格和流程有很清晰的了解。
• Good interpersonal, project management and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.
• pan>良好的人际关系、项目管理及表达技巧，能清楚地呈现复杂的建议或理念，
• Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner.

3. Responsibilities:

职责：

• Work with New Product Development (NPD) teams to ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively to supporting suppliers.
• 配合新品开发团队工作，确保将完整清楚的工程制图需求有效地传达给供应商，
• Interact with NPD teams to ensure suppliers are involved in development and review of specifications to promote design for manufacturability.
• 配合新品开发团队确保供应商参与开发与评估产品规格，以促进设计的制造可行性，
• Use project management skills and tools to investigate alternate component technologies for reduced cost or improved quality and reliability and implements changes.
• pan>使用项目管理技巧和工具，为降低成本、提高质量及产品可靠性，在市场上收集、调查潜在物料的可行性以配合生产变更，
• Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.
• 持续改进供应商选择流程，开发出能提供竞争力的供应商无论是在质量、价格/成本、交货能力或技术上，
• Conduct supplier approval and risk management system and process audits in compliance with company’s supplier performance and monitoring goals and objectives.
• 执行供应商评审及风险管理体系，对供应商绩效进行评估以确保其符合公司目标，
• Assist with quality problem resolutions
• 协助质量问题的解决，
• Other task assigned by superior.
