Provide performance management guidance to the management team as well as the personnel of Tucai Ningbo thought coaching, personal development plan, career developmet , and talent management. 对管理团队进行绩效指导 工作。通过培训、职业发展规划等。

Organizational Change: Act as key driver of organizational change program. Able to perform Culture′s Program in the whole Organization. 组织的变革。

要求：Bachelor Degree in Human Resurce Management, English Busines, Economic or other related fields 本科学历（人事专业、英语或者 经济学专业 ）

Leadership, HR strategic Vision, Communication and coaching skills, Confidentiality, 具有领导力，HR战略 眼光，沟通与指导能力，注重保密性。

over 6 year of working expeirence. Will be and advantage previous working experience in a similar position or related position in a HR Department , a previous working expeireince in a foreigner Company. （6年以上相关工作经验， 有同等职位相关经验优先，有外资背景优先）

Chinese and Advanced English: Able to speack flently；较强英语沟通能力office software (outlook , word ,excel )Negotiation skills, cultural awareness 熟练运用OFFICE软件，较强沟通能力
