1. Team management responsible for procurement, production planning, customer order processing, transportation and customer clearance.

2. Reach company and department target.

3. Report KPIs status to management.

4. Ensure customer order on-time delivery.

5. Support production planner to organize production meeting within the plant.

6. Inventory control and ensure material supply for Production.

7. Supply logistics business related, such as payment/ suppliers performance evaluation.

8. Problem solving for each functions.

9. Team development.

10. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

职位要求：

1. Bachelor degree, Logistics or Management related major.

2. Fluent in oral and written English.

3. Skillful in MS Office;Familiar with ERP, SAP is a plus (3 years in modules SD/APO-PP/MM).

4. 10 years related working experience, 3+ years working experience as a leader.

5. Knowledge of logistics, team management and team work mindset.

6. Result Orientation, Pressure holder, Conscientious, Problem solving, Good communication skills.
