The Job
l Ensuring optimum capacity distribution within the country for fulfilling business demand.
l Preparing higher level production plans in line with regional strategy.
l Ensuring that regularly updated and validated sales forecasts and supply plans are available in co-operation with regional sales and production management teams.
l Proposing optimization possibilities in order to ensure the most effective utilization of company’s assets and resources.
l Evaluating external vendors/partners on a regular basis and proposing optimization possibilities.
l Managing contracts and negotiations with vendors/service providers.
l Developing sourcing structure what ensures business continuity in line with business strategy.
l Building and managing effective team for regional procurement and supply chain activities.
l Supporting transportation management.
l Working onsupply processes and projects.
The Incumbent
l Bachelor degree or above in supply chain management or similar area.
l 8 years or above experience in logistic/material handling/procurement.·
l Experience in contractor management and contract handling.
l Experience in ERP environment (SAP preferred) and ISO management systems.
l Experience at manufacturing company.
l Knowledge of supply chain processes, S&OP planning.
l Knowledge of sourcing solutions and methods.
l Knowledge of business principles including planning, resource allocation, production methods and shared services.
l Knowledge of vendor management and procurement strategy.
l Advanced negotiation skills.
l English Language Proficiency.
