Overview: The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the quality of products meets the established standards of quality as well as particular requirements from customers. You are expected to continuous upgrade quality system and improve quality control process by engage in projects, executing end to end inspection, resolving quality issues & technical problems and provide solutions& reporting timely. This role would usually be factory-based and work overtime on weekend is inevitable, may also spend some time attending meetings, travelling on a regular basis.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your essential duties & assignments will include:

• Assist in building criteria standards and drafting criteria QA/QC processes for evaluation
• Plan, conduct and oversee inspection per established standards& processes: inception, during production, packing and final loading.
• Dedicated solving problems on-site and coordination to be performed
• Collect& compile data and keep record of every single phase
• Closely follow existing reporting systems and generate high quality reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Analyze data and investigate customer complaints and other common issues to identify areas for improvement
• Evaluate improvement findings and implement appropriate actions
• Collaborate with team leader/production manager for any quality issues in order to maintain a high-quality level
• Be engaged in cross functional project to support sample checking and product development

YOUR PROFILE

We expect you to have following qualification, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities"

1）College degree in design/engineering or equivalent

2）At least 3 years experiences on QC/QA role of furniture industry

3）Hands-on experiences in establishing quality assurance system& process

4）Solid knowledge of furniture quality assurance methodologies, tools and concept

5）Sound ability to collect data, analyze quality issues and perform reporting

6）Strong communication, problems solving and continuous improvement skills

7）Be capable of reading and understanding product drawing well

8）Be accountable and able to solve practical problems during quality control process

9）Others: a good team player, be energetic& flexible, thorough& detail-focus, customer service oriented
