Job Description

Job Duties岗位职责:

1. Works independently handle customer service commercial issues, including:

能独立处理客户服务商务事宜,包括:

? Ownership and follow through of critical cases until issue is resolved. Case activity may include coordinating the following: lining up technical support for a customer, ordering parts, setting up repair and returns, dispatching resources to go on-site to fix issues. This may also include communicating to customers on the progress throughout the process.

从头到尾跟踪重要案件的进展,包括为客户安排技术支持,订购零件,安排维修和返厂,派服务至现场维修和整个过程中与客户的沟通。

? Respond to emails and MySupport requests within defined timeframes. Monitors the Service Coordination queue in GoServicePro to ensure timely response.

在规定时间内回复邮件和MySupport需求。在GoServicePro中监控服务需求队伍,确保及时回复。

? Service agreement development and follow up.

服务协议编辑和跟踪。

? Issue commercial documents including: cost analysis, pre-calculation, quotation, contract signing, invoice, payment etc.

? Coordinate with logistics, Project Management or other cross functions for delivery, order changing etc.

? Update data timely and accurately at systems including GoServicePro, IDM, timing report etc.

2. Fulfill service partner management and dispatch cases by:

管理分包商和分派服务:

? Develop daily report of site together with field service and service suppliers according to technical and site background.

与现场工程师和分包商一起根据技术和现场情况建立每日现场报告

? File and research the site report by transferred to electronic documents.

电子归档和研究现场报告

? Fill in and set up dispatch case into systems including GoServicePro, Service2 etc.

在GoServicePro, Service2等系统中录入和建立分派记录

? Dispatch service partner, update system in a timely manner.

及时分派分包商和更新系统

3. Commissioning coordination and Service System Configuration for new customers:

维护协调和为新客户配置服务系统

? Work with the Project Manager to understand what the technician needs to do on-site.

与项目经理沟通了解现场技术员需要完成的工作

? Help the technician by ordering parts or escalating issues to PM/Tech Support/Managers, while the technician is on site.

当技术员在现场时,帮助技术员订购配件或将问题升级至项目经理/技术支持/经理

? Makes sure all the punch list items and paper work is collected, after the project is completed the commissioning.

? Make sure that the project is set up right in the services system GoServicePro.

4. Assist with Service Coordinator functions in other global markets as needed. May include Australia, ASEAN and Greater Asia.

Requirements: 岗位要求

1. Majored in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Electronics/Electrical Automation Engineering, Communication, Computer Technical, English or other related area preferred. Study abroad experience is a plus.

经济,金融,会计,工商管理、电子工程、通信、计算机技术、英语或其他相关专业优先。有留学经历更佳

2. 2 year or above similar working experience on service function as CSR, project engineer etc with international exposure experience.

2年及以上客户服务或项目经理相关工作经验,有处理国际领域工作经验

3. Skill of MS Office, good excel and maths preferred. Ability to learn other software quickly.

掌握微软office技能,擅长Excel和数学优先。能快速学习其他软件

4. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. CET-6 passed is a must.

必须有流利的英语听说读写能力。通过CET-6

5. Ability to work on own with little supervision and be a self-starter.

能在最少的监督下工作,自觉主动

6. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team setting, and ability to give and receive feedback on work.

7. Highly organized and detail orientated, being problem solving oriented with a positive and responsible attitude.
