Job Responsibilities
? Develop and implement the company's talent development programs;
? Lead training programs according to the annual training plan;
? Conduct the OPEN value various campaign and activities by following the promotion plan; ? Manage the performance management system (myHR Portal);
? Be the internal communication ambassador to share HR related activities to all employees;
? Complete other ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree is required, major in Human Resources, Psychology or English is preferred;
? Around 5-8 years working experience in training & development field;
? Ability to work independently;
? Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) is required;
? Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
? With the competency of be proactive and logical, curiosity, creativity, sense of ownership and team collaboration.
