Job Responsibilities

？ Develop and implement the company's talent development programs;

？ Lead training programs according to the annual training plan;

？ Conduct the OPEN value various campaign and activities by following the promotion plan; ？ Manage the performance management system (myHR Portal);

？ Be the internal communication ambassador to share HR related activities to all employees;

？ Complete other ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

？ Bachelor’s degree is required, major in Human Resources, Psychology or English is preferred;

？ Around 5-8 years working experience in training & development field;

？ Ability to work independently;

？ Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) is required;

？ Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin Chinese;

？ With the competency of be proactive and logical, curiosity, creativity, sense of ownership and team collaboration.
