1. Value and respond to the diversity and individual differences of students
2. Ensure equitable access to opportunities and rigorous curriculum for all students
3. Provide direct support services through structured conventions
4. Provide group or individual responsive services and formulate Independent Behavior Plans (IBP)
5. Work closely with pastoral team and the Boarding team on the pastoral care of students.
6. Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers, community organizations and other stakeholders
7. Perform assessments, interpret tests and study student records
8. Gather and analyze data to measure results
9. Complete regular reports on progress
