工作职责:

• As a medical professional, provide patient centered care to pediatric patients in a multicultural community following international standards of care. 作为医生，向在多元文化的儿科患者提供以患者为中心的、符合国际标准的医疗服务。
• Provide comprehensive pediatric and neonatal services through use of evidence based medicine and best practice guidelines consistent with JCI standards. 应用循证医学和符合JCI标准的标准操作指南，提供综合性儿科和新生儿服务。
• Responsible for implementing and adhering to departmental and hospital policies and guidelines for the management of pediatric cases. 在管理儿科患者时，遵守科室和医院的管理制度和指南。
• Participate in department’s equitable roster. 参加科室排班。
• Participate in hospital activities to promote both medical services and Oasis Hospital. 参加医院活动，促进医疗服务和明德医院整体水平。
• Achieving KPI under CMO directives. 在CMO的指导下，实现KPI。

Completion of BLS, NRP, PALS. 完成BLS、NRP、PALS.

Experience in general pediatrics and neonatal medicine. 儿童全科和新生儿工作经验

Computer literate. 电脑操作能力

Accountability and willing to adapt to multicultural practice. 适应多文化工作环境

最低学历Minimum Education Required：

本科 Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine

相关经验Minimum Experience Required：

5年以上临床经验

Completion of residency training in Pediatrics at a hospital and program acceptable to the clinic and holds valid and up to date registration

More than 5 years’ experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred.

语言能力 Language Requirement：

英文良好 Fluency in English required.

资历资质及相关许可证书Certificate of Licensing Needed：

(中国医生 Chinese physician）：

医师资格证、医师执业证、职称证 Chinese professional physician certificates

(外籍医生 Foreign physician）：

Eligible for registration with the Chinese Health Bureau as a medical practitioner or holds

外籍医师短期行医许可 Temporary License for foreign physician to practice medicine
