该工作室总监是一位英国人，希望候选人能有一定的英文基础，以便沟通。

• To Film and produce different types of videos: model, product demos, make-up tutorials, 360° videos, unboxing videos as well as some product and Model photography etc.

  完成不同内容的摄影摄像服务： 模特拍摄，假模拍摄，产品拍摄，细节拍摄，360°拍摄等等。

• To both Film and photograph different product categories, apparel, bags, shoes, jewellery, furniture, etc.

  拍摄不同种类型产品，如负责皮包，鞋子，珠宝，家具等等。

• To use and maintain and manager all the different video and photographic equipment in the studio, camera, lens, lights, reflection board and props etc. to produce the best possible video or image.

  应用不同的摄影摄像器材， 相机，灯，反光板和其他道具，拍摄出尽可能好的图片。

• Efficiently set up and monitor lighting for different effects in accordance to the client brief.

  根据客户的拍摄要求高效布置和控制灯光效果。

• Prepare equipment list according to required vide / photography task and set up a studio independently when needed.

  根据特定要求的摄影摄像任务提供器材清单，必要时能独立设立工作室。

• Selecting image, name files to client specifications and back up images on to server in an organized fashion.

  小心细致选择图片，按要求命名并将图片有序上传备份到服务器。

• Understanding of Premier Pro and Photoshop to help with video editing and retouching of images when needed.

  有需要时能协助修图、剪辑。

• Understanding of how to use a video camera/filming and video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier.

  使用录像机，学习视频录像和剪辑。

• Meeting and reporting on KPI targets set by Studio Director and Studio Manager.

  达到总监和经理设置的KPI目标。

• Other tasks assigned by studio manager.

  完成工作室总监和经理布置的其他工作任务

要求必备：

• Minimum 2 years working in ecommerce photography or film studio working experience.Experience with Video Editing Software and Sound Recording Equipment.

  最少两年的电商或工作室拍摄经验，有视频剪辑的经验。

• A team player and good communication and interpersonal skill with colleagues.

  具有团队精神，较强的沟通能力及人际交往能力，和同时相处融洽。

• Eager to learn and hardworking. Also good at observing and learn to self-reflect and improving.

  渴望学习，工作努力。同时善于观察，自我反思和提高。

• Able to adapt to new workflow and file management structures.

  能够适应新的工作流程和文件管理结构。

• Able to use Mac computer , Microsoft office and Outlook, or able to adapt and learn using it.

  能够使用或适应使用Mac 电脑,微软办公原件和Outlook软件。

• Able to use Premier, After Effects and Photoshop to an intermediate to advance level. Other Adobe software knowledge is a bonus.

  熟练/精通修图。

• Attention to detail and has forward thinking of how to achieve the best quality images results.

• Organized and self-motivated with good initiative.

Additional Requirements not Mandatory: 非强制的附加要求

• Some English Language skills.

  简单英语应用能力。

• Experience with other Adobe software such as In Design or Illustrator.

  有Adobe其他软件的使用经验，如In Design或Illustrator。

• Good industry connections with Model Agencies, Video and Photography equipment hiring.

  有先关行业联系，如模特经纪，摄影器材租赁等。

• Potential new clients to introduce to the studio.有潜在新客户可以介绍给工作室。
