The position oversees a Nucleus/gilt multiplication unit, working closely with farm personnel to meet farm efficiency targets.

该岗位负责支持一个核心场或扩繁场，与猪场员工一起紧密工作，实现猪场的各效率目标。

Main Responsibilities

® Ensures implementation of current and future PIC programs in the following areas to produce the optimum number of breeding animals of the standard required by the company.

® Trains farm personnel on proper PIC procedures, guidelines and technology to ensure farm efficiency targets are met.

培训猪场员工PIC标准操作流程、知道原则和生产技术等，确保各猪场效率指标达成。

® Guide on/off test.

培训开始测定和结束测定。

® Guide in the section and final assessment of breeder animals and/or liquid genes for delivery to commercial farms according to customers' specifications

培训选种和种猪售前的最终评估、根据各户要求向商品场运送精液。

® Submits supply planning and forecasting reports to team leaders to ensure continuous supply of product at the right time and quantity

向团队领导发送种猪供应计划和预测报告，确保在合适的时间持续提供足够数量的种猪。

® Ensure Implementation of PIC recording software and monitors/reports results/trends promptly.

确保PIC育种软件的正常使用，就生产结果和变化趋势做好监控并及时汇报。

® Establishes effective communication between contracted partner, Customer Services and Technical Departments to ensure quality and quantity of select animals are delivered to the customers until all warranties and feedback are complied with on the customer side.

与合作方、客户技术与服务部门建立有效沟通，确保种猪保质保量的运到客户场，直到所有保证和反馈与客户场一致

® Understands the needs of the partner farms and make accurate recommendations to solve concerns and enhance farm performance.

理解合作场的需求，就关注的问题、提高生产成绩能提出准确的建议。

® Submits the required weekly and monthly reports to management.

需要提交所需周报和月报。

® Informs management of any genetic leakage from the units assigned.

及时通知管理层任何未经许可的猪只/精液销售。

® Ensures that partner implements the contractual responsibilities and reports if there are deficiencies and/or violations to SC Manager.

确保合作伙伴履行所有合同责任，如有分歧和违规，及时向供应链经理汇报。

Qualifications

任职资格

® Graduate of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal nutrition, and other related majors.

毕业于畜牧兽医、动物营养等相关专业

® Good communication with English

良好的英语沟通能力

® Experience in swine production is an advantage

® Geographically flexible
