Job Description
HR Part: 1. Take charge of contract management and HR documents & achieves: -Be responsible for contract management to ensure the new employee sign labor contract and renew the contract following the procedures and avoid legal risk. -Take charge of HR archives management, archiving the employee files in appropriate way and confidentially. - Makes sure that all positions are equipped with written job descriptions and all employees sign the job descriptions and other related documents according to internal control & audit requests. 2.Provide proposals and solutions in terms of employee career development, talent retention, training organization and C&B to promote the sustainable improvement of HR policies’ efficiency. 3.Complete the approved training plans in Chengdu, set up the internal trainer system with coordination under the instructions of HRD. 4.Coordinate with each dept on personnel recruitment, appointment, transference, compensation adjustment, contract renewal and contract expiration with authority to give comments in the application format. 5.Coordinate with relative dept to fulfill recruitment tasks. Conduct the interviews for positions in recruitment 6.Take care of employee relationships: -Handle timely the important HR issues or cases in the company operations, to ensure the HR operation is in line with the state labor laws and local laws. -Provide HR service to employees including insurance claim. -Be responsible to establish HR monthly reports timely and accurately. Admin Part: Cooperate with branch director in Chengdu to provide active administration supports in following aspects: 1.Establish and implement the full range of administration regulations in Chengdu office, and keep them updated and continuous improvement; 2.Responsible for control the administration costs cooperate. 3.Take charge of the coordination about water, electricity & gas supply etc. in office, and keep good relationship with the relevant governmental organization.
4.Management of company chop and other chop including contract chop, corporate representative chop etc.
Typical Education Level:University degree or above, major in HR or relevant
Relevant experience, knowledge and skills:at least 3 years experiences in HR, good computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT). Be familiar with relevant labor laws.
