• 严格遵守公司HSE的各项规章制度.
• 使用，维护张家港技术中心合成实验室及仪器, 使其持续处于高效，整洁，安全的状态.
• 使用, 维护张家港技术中心小试工厂(Pilot plant), 使其持续处于安全, 高效, 整洁的状态.
• 负责研发项目的具体实施, 完成工艺开发、工艺优化和工艺放大.
• 负责完成实验报告, 项目进展报告和项目总结报告.
• 参与张家港工厂持续改善项目, 降低成本和提高产能.
• 从研发到生产部门的技术转移过程中, 作为产品工艺负责人，负责产品生产工艺设计、产品工艺规程撰写、工艺验证方案/报告撰写、工艺培训等.
• 作为产品工艺代表，参与产品工艺安全风险分析（Process Risk Assessment）
• 负责产品日常工艺管理, 支持工厂的Trouble-shooting和偏差根本原因调查.
• 协助技术经理完成其他任务.

任职资格：

• 本科以上学历，化学或药物化学专业.优秀应届毕业生也可。
• 有在制药企业研发部（R&D）或工艺开发部(PD)工作经验.
• 具备高度的责任心, 具备一定的团队管理和项目管理经验.
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神.
• 具有扎实的有机化学, 合成化学, 药物化学相关的理论知识.
• 熟练掌握合成实验室化合物制备和分离技能, 具备一定的化合物结构解析能力.
• 良好的中英文听说读写能力，能熟练在日常工作中使用英语.
• 具备小试工厂管理和工艺放大经验更佳.
