Job Summary: Work with customers to create demand for MPS Products.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with End Customers, distributors, FAE and Marketing team;
• Manage key customers;
• Use influence to achieve sales goals and objectives;
• Travel a minimum of 40% of the time in related area.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering, over 3 years’ experience in sales/ marketing of Analog or Mix signal devices and/or integrated circuits;
• Must have good oral and written communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Should be self starter, highly energetic, flexible, capable of making sound project decisions, and detail orientated;
• Familiar with customers bases who are working on telecommunication, Notebook, motherboard, power supply or other consumer products in North China is extremely helpful and a plus;
• Solid ability to communicate in English.
