阶段销量落实
按阶段目标调整和开发经销商
年度/月度目标和回顾会议
销售团队管理:
组织晨会、参与周计划会议
评估团队的工作效率
检查业务代表的执行效果
实地培训
协同拜访
提升团队销售效率指标
售点执行:
检查PTC、PTR
通过终端生动化工作加强与终端的关系
寻找在终端展示品牌的机会,并形成计划,上报审批
加强与TOP ABI和TOP NON ABI终端的联系
检查TOP ABI POCs销量完成情况和竞争对手表现
谈判,用合适的产品和价格进入TOP NON ABI POCs
投资管理:
根据公司要求和市场实际,每月提出促销计划(含买点)
分解计划至业务代表和具体售点并协助执行;本月结束后提报下月计划前评估上月执行效果
检查Buy Out POCs执行情况,提出增加/减少Buy Out POCs计划
完成特殊难点的谈判

Experience 经验
3-4 years beverage industry sales experience 3-4年饮料类相关销售工作经验。
Junior level in English writing and communication 初级英语书写与会话
Solid Office software skills掌握办公室电脑软件的使用
Technical competencies (Job related) 专业能力 (与工作相关)
1. Good executive ability 良好的执行力
