Job Responsibilities:
Define product roadmap and operation strategy for the company, including product vision, user stories, etc.
Make realistic execution plans and estimations with engineering.
Own the product development cycle to make sure we launch each release on time. Develop a good development rhythm with all teams – engineering, design, marketing, operations, etc. – to ensure launch success.
Own a diversity mind sight for Love+, setting up specific engagement plan with different customer categories, building up branding awareness and advocacy technology, caring and events etc. to maintain the loyal relationship on our digital platform
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
Be the expert on innovative digital market trends and competition
Identify and establish working partnerships with external relevant resource, medias and user groups, etc.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in a technical discipline (computer science, electrical engineering)
An MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)
8 years of relevant working experience in digital/high-technology companies/products. Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries
A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love
Experience launching multiple digital products facing consumers
Thinking strategical and creatively
Experience at companies with a self-service customer acquisition model
Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
