Purpose:

Serve as internal interface for all activities which would include: Customer PO follow up, assist in manufacturability analysis, new product introduction, product cost review, coordination of factory activities, product ongoing manufacturing activities and problem resolution.

Principle Accountabilities / Duties:

Assist manager to analyze issues, identify training needs, ensure implementation of training programs to optimize results, and adhere to training guidelines and policies.

Performs other additional and related duties assigned by the Manager and the sale Director to provide service and teamwork in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with customer counterparts.

REQUIRED Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Above

Strong oral and written communications skills in English and Chinese.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently

Over 3 years of experience in similar position.
