Job Description:
1. Writing research reports that focus on single company and industry’s fundamental credit risk analysis;
撰写相关研究报告，侧重单一公司及行业的基本面信用风险研究;

2. Providing research support to Traders;
为投资交易人员提供研究支持；

3. Providing research services for Company’s self-marketing and underwriting business, like supporting Investor Relations Team for up-to-date information on market, assisting with the data update of period reports，etc.;
为公司产品自销和承销业务提供必要的研究服务, 比如支持投资者关系团队获取最新市场信息，协助完成周期性报告数据更新等；

4. Other works assigned by Leader.
领导分配的其他任务。



Preferred Education and Experience:
1. Strong capability in credit analysis, market strategy and industry research;
具备信用基本面研究的扎实功底，兼具市场策略和专题研究能力；

2. Obtained Bachelor’s degree or above from domestic or foreign Top Universities. Major in Finance, Business, Economics and other relevant subjects is preferred.
国内、外优质院校本科及以上学历；金融、财会、经济其他经济类专业学士及以上学历优先；

3. Having comprehensive knowledge in Law, Finance and Accounting. Fluently writing and reading in English.
具有法律、金融、会计综合知识为佳，可大量阅读和翻译英文材料。必备流利的英文读写能力。

1. Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
较强的分析和判断能力；

2. Excellent listening, speaking, reading, writing abilities in both English and Chinese;
具备优秀的中英文听、说、读、写能力；

3. Strong sense of individual responsibility, good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit;
认真细致、有耐心，善于沟通，并富有合作和团队精神；

4. Proficient in Microsoft office, Bloomberg. Excel VBA is preferred.
熟练掌握工作常用计算机应用软件，具有编程能力会使用VBA为佳；

5. Good in time management, working efficiency, working attitude, self-learning and working habits;
善于时间管理、工作效率高、工作态度积极、学习能力强、工作习惯好；
