Responsibilities:

• Design assets intended for internal and external use that are on brand and aligned with projects and brand strategies. Assets include, but are not limited to: POP, literature, sell sheets, flyers, print ads, digital ads, social media assets, and photos/videos.
• Edit photography as needed - which includes, but is not limited to: editing imperfections, isolating images, adding graphical elements in windows, color correction, editing lighting/shadows, cropping, etc.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, successfully meeting project timelines. Projects may include management of print/external vendors and corresponding timelines.
• Help manage library of assets by saving all final files according to established marketing procedures and best practices.
• Establish familiarity with brands, products, key selling features, go to market strategies and existing marketing strategies. Incorporate knowledge into assigned projects on an on-going basis.
• Maintain up to date on industry design trends and best practices. Communicate with marketing leadership on regular basis.
• Creation and Maintenance of Brand Image Guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced knowledge in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) for a PC.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to design within branding standards.
• Well-developed verbal, listening, written and creative design skills.
• Excellent time management, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Oversea study/working experience is must.
• Fluent in English as working language
• Excellent teamwork spirit, self-motivation and positive thinking
