Job Description

职能:

Proactively follow up complex sales orders and corresponding purchase orders to make sure order execution with the margin original estimated by sales team.

Review contractual conditions and Order Summary for each individual order;

Place sales order in BPCS and purchase orders to global or external manufacturers / distribution centers.

Daily maintain orders in the BPCS, incl. costs booking, net invoicing, adjustment, etc.

Review suppliers’ OA against the OS requirement and inform stake holders about delay on time.

Review backlog on monthly basis and minimize stock as much as possible. Ensure on time delivery.

shipment co-ordination, customs clearance follows up and delivery status tracking.;

to ensure timely delivery as per OS request with monitoring and controlling commodity costs such as freight cost, labour cost, misc. cost etc.

Handle VAT issuance and mail to customer.


Coordinate with logistic suppliers and monitor daily inbound and outbound shipments.

Verify contract terms according to Alfa –laval group standards.

maintain effective communication with sales teams achieve collective results for BSD.


Key Responsibilities


General Management

Assist on daily operations, meeting coordination, T&E expense report, travel plans, concur claim, visa application and other admin support

Support global visitor reception

Support team meetings & activities planning and execution

Support regular execution topics as and when needed


Budget Management

CR & GR coordination, raise CR & GR to finance team

Work closely with finance to manage the internal marketing working budget and forecast processes

Ensure that the team is following internal processes for T&E, and general working budget approvals


要求:

1. Complex Order Management experience

2. Good logical thinking and data sensitivity.

3. Effective communication skills

4. Honesty and integrity, diligence and good team work spirit

5. Bachelor degree or above, majored in engineering or the related;

6. 3+ years solid sales support experience in relevant industries

7. Legal/ Customs / SCM knowledge is preferable.

8. Fluent in both spoken and written English (preferred but not demanded)

9. Good command of MS office applications;
