1. 公司、證券、資產管理與併購相關交易
2. 線上支付/電子錢包/P2P/區塊鍊(Blockchain)/虛擬貨幣ICO/監理沙盒實驗計畫等FinTech及RegTech法律及監理顧問服務
3. Pre-IPO投融資及 F股回台上市法律服務
4. 綠能專案融資
5. 規劃並執行大中華區（台、港及大陸）金融業反洗錢end-to-end 解决方案或法遵顧問專案，諸如法遵風險管理及復原計劃。

1. 對金融領域/FINTECH有高度熱誠者
2. 具備國內或國外律師證照尤佳
3. 具有國外法律學歷L.L.M或J.D學位尤佳
4. 應徵經理者，需具備三年以上Law Firm經歷
