1、30－45岁，高中及以上学历，经验丰富者年龄条件可以放宽；
2、具有保育员、育婴师证上岗证或相关专业者优先；
3、具有良好的幼儿保育能力、学习能力、团队协作能力、服务意识和职业道德，具有一定的文字表达能力和沟通能力。
4、能够尊重、爱护幼儿。
