岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:

负责厂务洁净室、暖通或动力系统新建和改扩建项目的管理和协调工作。

Responsible for mechanical system project management and coordination of new project or expansion project.

控制负责系统建设项目的安全、质量、进度和施工等。

Control the project safety, quality, schedule and construction.

负责项目预算计划、施工方案、竣工验收、请款、核工程量等工作。

Responsible for the budget plan, construction plan, acceptance, payment request and check the work quantity.

作为系统工程师负责厂务机械科设备和系统的运行管理工作。

Responsible for mechanical system operation management as system engineer.

确保系统包括洁净室、空调、冷热水、给排水、工艺排风、工艺冷却水、工艺真空等机械系统正常运行，且得到有效的维护保养并处于良好工作状态。

Responsible for the plant facilities including Cleanroom, HVAC, Chilled water, Hot water, Process Exhaust, PCW, PV and other mechanical systems. Ensure the normal operation of the system, and get effective maintenance and good working condition.

负责各系统设施标准化文件管理建立和实施。

Responsible for the establishment and implementation of standardized document management of all system facilities

负责相关新进人员的培训，带领熟悉机械系统。

Responsible for the training of related new personnel.

负责暖通设备节能系统的建造，系统热回收、冷回收的评估，完善各系统整改内容，做到资源优化使用，提高节能效益。

Responsible for the construction of energy saving system of HVAC, the assessment of system heat recovery and cold recovery, improve the contents of the system rectification, optimize the use of resources, and improve the efficiency of energy conservation.

根据工作计划，操作及维护机械系统及监测仪器，确保日常工作顺利开展。

Operate and maintain mechanical system and monitoring instrument according to work plan, ensure daily work is carried out smoothly.

岗位要求 Job Requirements:

本科及以上,暖通、热能或机械类及机电一体化相关专业

Bachelor degree, HVAC, thermal energy or related engineering majors.

半导体行业工业厂房厂务设施暖通动力系统运行、设计或施工管理经验5年以上。具有洁净室、空调、冷热水、工艺排气、工艺冷却水等系统的运行、设计或施工管理经验。具备设施运行管理，解决方案准备、施工管理和项目协调等经验与能力。熟悉导体工厂暖通动力设施的建设筹备、设计、建设、验收或运行维护。有电子厂房建设项目管理经验优先。

More than 5 years’ HVAC/Mechanical operation, design or construction management experience of semi-conductor industry plant. With the capability and experience of Cleanroom, HVAC, chilled water, hot water, Process exhaust, PCW and other Mechanical system operation, problem solution, construction or project management. Be Familiar with semiconductor factory project plan, design, construction, acceptance and operation. Project management experience in semiconductor project is preferred.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

良好的中英文能力。

Fluent Chinese and English.

Office软件操作能力。
